THE IDEA

In 2008, a small group of runners and supporters joined me to raise £8500 for CASPA (Children on the Autistic Spectrum Parents Association). Since that weekend, we have used the money to help fund a summer residential, to buy resources for our Friday youth club and ensure the future of our Key Working scheme for the older club members.

In 2010, we stepped it up and ran from London to Brighton!! This was an amazing venture and raised £6500 for CASPA as well as money for other charities.

2011 came and we ran round the Isle of Wight in four days - another mad idea that raised thousands more pounds.

In 2012 another £14,500 with the biggest team yet, running Hadrian's Wall .

2013 was an epic four days in Cornwall, the Land of Legends with a massive challenge over coastal terrain. A fantastic £12,500 was raised

Now 2014 and we plan to "run the river". This is an attempt to run from Reading Station to Tower Bridge - a full 128K of running including a marathon on Day 3!! The spirit of fourdaysrunning lives on!!

Think how you can lend your support to this great cause.
