Twelve weeks till the start of the Isle of Wight challenge and some weight needs to be lost!! It's one thing doing over a half marathon a day for four days but carrying fifteen stone ten pounds is another!!
The diet and fitness regime starts today - careful eating, plenty of water and pushing the runs up to two a week. We've done 100K in four days once and we'll do it again.
